  1. Take it you've never been to Glasgow? It's not still like the Gorbals and ship building industry of yesteryear!!
  2. That's what was reported. Wasn't there, only seen the videos and it looks about right.
  3. 52 went on the pitch. I reckon 40 or so said they would from this site. Maybe all 40 did?
  4. This is the big one for me. The current custodian's only chance of clinging on for longer is early bird renewals. A massive boycott of games leading up to the sales will show him that income is not happening, and may well be the straw that breaks the w*nk*rs back.
  5. Looks equally as "drawn by a school kid" on the official shirt at the time, so least it's a good copy!
  6. Would love a DHGate special of the shirt on your avatar! With the yellow/sky blue one from the same era, it was my favourite away shirt!
  7. Give over! That's Neil's day rate!
  8. Good luck to them, hope they get the monies they are due ASAP and with the absolute bare minimum impact on their own financial circumstances. Be interesting to see how the club responds - there will be some employees for whom if they end up striking, games won't be able to go ahead.
  9. Maybe she could use the £122m to buy Ch*nsiri out? She might be a Tory and alledgedly known of dodgy PPI orders, but she's better on the eye than auld Cowboy Textor!
  10. Groundbreaking news mate, who would have thought party donations lead to favours?! You wouldn't need to look hard enough to see examples of this for decades and across both main parties (and no doubt it would happen across any party in "power" too)...
  11. Down from near 20,000 last season... That would be a massive f*cking win. Of course, no-one should renew, but here in the real world that's not happening at any football club regardless of the circumstances.
  12. Pennies for the responsibility which comes with the gig.
  13. I don't believe this. But, even if it was true, it's been stated that the Regulator will be taking into account past misdemeanours and the current custodian of SWFC has a very long rap sheet. He's target no.1 for the Regulator no matter what happens from here on in.
  14. The players will do what the PFA instructs them to do, which is highly likely to play the fixture in order to not breach their contracts. Would love to see the players walk off, but that's fantasy stuff. Us as fans should do what's within our control; boycott the games, boycott the merch, disrupt games wherever possible, and cause the absolute maximum of embarrassment and financial strain to the current custodian as possible. Anyone fully behind getting rid of the current custodian isn't even remotely tempted to pay and go to the Sheffield Derby IMO.
  15. Thanks for the summary, really appreciate it. Think this one is obvious though. In many work place situations, if you've got the bosses back - no matter what - you're probably elevated above your natural level in job role and salary. There is a very good chance people lose that if there is change at the top, and may not get the same treatment at other companies. Seen it plenty of times in my own working career.
