Bloody hell. I saw the thread title and thought chancer had released 26/27 early bird already.

Would you back a boycott Vs Stoke?
OwlBiSeeinThi replied to Bassetts Allsorts's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
This. A similar approach with delayed entry would send a message. -
And he did make sure he got something on him. His sliding foot got to the ball first, went of the top of it and made contact, but contact with his other foot did look ominous in my view. Not taking anything away from his performance. He was immense in the first half. But at full speed I can see why the ref gave it.

Getting some good exposure. Ian Bennet from SWST has just been interviewed on Radio 4 today programme.

Ross Wallace was BRILLIANT

I was there when he scored that bullet at Fulham. It had been a nothing game up to that point. Marvellous. Good memories. -

Full season ticket refund issued for 2025 2026
OwlBiSeeinThi replied to AlexMac1979's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Did you get your money back though? If they've released your seat then they must also release the money in refund surely. Otherwise, they'd have just said no and you'd be stuck with them. -
Not offended. I'm laughing at you chum because as I said both can be true. Just reel your neck in and stop judging others. You'd get more respect if you'd just stated the choice you made rather than criticising others for theirs. Personal choice is all it is. I'd rather make my point in a protest at a match than ineffectively sit at home sulking when 25k other people are there watching the match and supporting the lads on the pitch. You are basically suggesting everyone of the 25k+ fans attending are Chansiri fanboys or morally bankrupt in some way, which is quite an astonishing statement to make. Remember the problem is chancer not the fans or the players. So you crack on with whatever hobby you've taken up on a Satdi and leave us to the ups and downs of supporting Wednesday.

I imagine as such a principled soul, you make your own clothes, grow your own food and only buy products made in Britain from companies who ethically source their raw materials and labour. And don't get me started on environment issues. I hope you reduce, reuse and recycle, get around on a bike make from compressed recycled cardboard and never fly off to Europe for a cheeky summer holiday. So question. In the grand scheme of things, does paying over the odds for a sub standard product, where no one is exploited really feature in the top ten things to be principled about? People have free choice to work there or not, but tickets or not. Less of the drama son.

Both can be true. If I couldn't have afforded it at the time I wouldn't have, but then would have been priced out of later phases. I don't support DC he's a car crash and needs to accept defeat. I'm making my protest in other ways. Not spending a penny on food, drink or merch. People go for all sorts of reasons. It's all about what is important to you. I take it you are not going to watch the massive again whilst DC is here.

Owls v Bristol City Matchday Thread

This is criminal. There for the taking. How many times have we said that this season. Absolute shybo. -
Having listened to the whole press conference it is clear to me that Danny has been in regular discussions with the recruitment manager. He talked about process which he followed. This suggests to me that the recruitment manager should have been communicating with DC based on Danny's requests. I don't think the issue rests with Danny at all. If DC expected direct communication with Danny he should have made that clear to him. And frankly the recruitment manager whom I assume is Paxo should have bridged the disconnect and got all parties together.

Does He Do This Deliberately?
OwlBiSeeinThi replied to Utah Owl's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Hysterically. Maybe that's the answer. Let Att run it for a while. He can't be any worse and as a fan he may actually get it. It would difficult for him to be more immature and childish than his father. I'd prefer Donald Trump. At least he's a businessman. -

Absolutely this. Rhol has worked miracles with the players he has. Their squad value is three times ours. -

No disgrace there. They had one shot on target and scored. We had ten shots and none on target. That is the difference. -
Found a Halifax bank card on the floor outside the grandstand turnstiles. Handed it in at turnstile 100 N on the grandstand. If the owner sees this DM me otherwise I'll call the lost number on the back of the card.

My theory is that as DR was still under contract for 6 months, Munoz was brought in on a temporary basis. DC said on Munoz' unveiling that he wasn't the best candidate with the best CV and I suspect DR had agreed to come once his contract expired. Munoz remit was possibly to keep the wheels on with these players we've brought in for you until DR arrives. (Failed miserably) Just my theory.
