£130,000 salary for a three-day week!!!
kobayashi replied to OxOwl's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
You are probably right. I’m sure that Mr Kagan is a splendid chap, but the thing is there are lots of splendid chaps out there, but the ones that get nominated for these types of post always seem to be the ones that just so happen to be the splendid chaps that donate funds to political parties. If gently pointing that out is controversial, then so be it. -

Strange, nominating someone for a position that didn’t exist when they were in office? -

Misinformation? I read that he’s donated to various labour politicians. Did he not make the donations? -

I have no doubt that if the Tories had introduced this as they planned, that one of their donors would have been put in place. Michelle Mone…at least she’d have recognised that Chansiri is a bit of a t**. -

His “donations” to various labour politicians has been well rewarded….its not what you know it’s who you pay for.- 59 replies

Financially it’s peanuts. It’s a bit weird that people are still buying things it is more that it is a mixed message rather than a financially relevant contribution.

Presumably at some point the decision will be taken away from him. He can’t just decide to stay without a plan and without funding. Paying the interest on the loan to secure an additional 12mths of funding and to keep control of the ground is sensible even if it means not paying HMRC, not paying wages for a short period of time. But only if there is an imminent exit coming up to improve his negotiating position, or the (unlikely) new funding which will be available for those other expenses shortly, in the case of wages very shortly.

Make the guy that dresses up in a bird suit the Director of Comms because that’s the most best explanation that I’ve read from anyone at SWFC.

That’s not true, people are told what they should and shouldn’t do all day every day.

I agree that the total profit must be lower and it could even be loss making, but if the kiosk is open then the marginal profit on the “next pint” will be reasonably high, so however marginal every pint does count.
-
If the stall is open the staff, lighting, power etc are fixed costs, so the marginal profit on each additional pint sold will be reasonably high.

Has he been sanctioned by Trump for buying Russian oil yet?

Chansiri: What do you mean, there’s no money left. I’ve still got six blank cheques left in the book.
