I don't know what some people expected from this transfer window. We are second-bottom of the league nobody of any caliber is going to commit to a full transfer or maybe even a loan while we are in that position. We need to hope that we are slightly better now than the sides around us in the league and we can somehow scrape out of the bottom three. Danny also had his hands tied by some of the summer dealings that were at best poor, so used several loan slots that could have been utilized better. If we did survive until next season in the championship then a real rebuild could start.

I don’t understand why some people think Momo Diaby will be our midfield saviour. He was a xisco signing and if you look at the rest of his signings, they weren’t very good so why after a couple of games should he be any better.

diaby is a liability it doesn't matter if you head and block things really well but you cannot give two goals away with dreadful defending.

Most if not all the new recruits are not good enough. It probably at this stage would not make a great deal of sense, even if we could, to return the loan players as we are not able to sign any replacements. I think we need a manager who will try to revert to the way we played last season and use as many of those players as possible. They were certainly capable of gaining enough points to keep us in the division. Just have to hope that the gap created by this disastrous coach is not too big for a new management group to make up

Well, I have watched Wednesday for many years being a season ticket holder the year after we almost went into division four, but I have got to say that there have not been many more times I have watched such a shambles. We did really well to only lose one nil, we had no attacking intent with only a few players who looked like they knew how to play football. If Darren was still in charge there is no doubt in my mind that we wouldn't be bottom of the league. This guy has to go despite the fact that our meager transfer budget appears to have been wasted on no-mark players, maybe there is a manager who might be able to get a tune out of these players. Maybe the new manager could start by picking a formation and then not changing the formation and players every game. Conclusion he has to go

I think I would normally say play players who have not played in a competition that means nothing, but we have not won a game all season. I think he should play his best team, does he know what that is, in its best formation, does he know what that is?. We need to win a game.
