  1. A good summary here... https://swfctrust.co.uk/faq-independent-football-regulator/
  2. That's really sad news. Have a lot of respect for Milan. RIP
  3. I'm 100% behind pitch invasions and militant action to force change. But, part of me thinks the current owner just doesn't care. Yes, the fine will have an impact, but he's not paying bills anyway, so doesn't come out of his pocket. And, we couldn't moan about any associated points penalty. I'm not against it, as I said,, fully behind action, but I'm not sure what the goal of this would be in circumstances where it has no impact on the current owner, sat thousands of miles away. He has no shamed he has no conscience, he doesn't care. On the plus side, it may encourage the IFR to take more urgent action. But do they really need that impetus, I'm confident we are the first job for them to show off their powers. If it is happening, my suggestion, is to wait until we are 4-0 down before doing it, that way it at least improves our goal difference by recording a 3-0 loss.
  4. A points deduction is the last bargaining chip the EFL has play in order to encourage a sale of the club. The fact that's it's being leaked suggests they've had enough of being messed around and it is now on the table. Once it's done, confirms our L1 status and kills interest from some potential buyers who may otherwise be interested. The problem is that it's predicted on the assumption that the current owner cares. Clearly he doesn't, it's not about the football for him.
  5. For any players reading this, do it. I and many other fans will be 100% behind you withdrawing your labour. This situation is not acceptable, don't accept it, you deserve better than this.
  6. As I recall, in recent years at least, the fans have collectively been the clubs largest financial investor. What's clear now, is that Chansiri's money pays for nothing.
  7. Can't sell players to pay the bills. Can't sell his Ugandan gold either, so what now? We all know what needs to happen, except one thick c*nt, who thinks this is normal.
  8. Pleased he's back in football. They've got a good one there, one of the nicest people around. Knows his onions too.
  9. What weird times we live in where someone who dresses in a bird costume has to make such statements. It is well done though, thoroughly respect and understand their stance.
  10. Barry is usually quite measured and very media savvy, so to share some of these insights is interesting. Players also waiting for the IFR it seems, as nobody can contact the absent owner.
  11. I don't mind the embargoes, makes little difference to us at the moment. They may however make a big difference to support action by the incoming IFR. Further evidence that the current owner can't fund the club and needs to be removed.
  12. He's w*nk (so is Horvath for that matter). But we are desperate, they must be cheap and have respect for anyone wanting to come into this sh*tshow. As for the story, can't see the EFL ratifying his registration. Once it's becomes clear Chansiri isn't selling, they will throw the book at him/the club. I don't doubt someone at the club, will be busy trying to earn some commission and feeding stories to his friendly reporter.
  13. Agree. There's a lot of information there and the message can get a bit diluted. Also, as a dyslexic the orange text on black background (I understand the colour scheme) is difficult to read. This is in not a criticism, I'm 100% behind the Trust. I want the message to be heard and understood by as many people as possible. Hopefully feedback helps.
  14. A businessman could do that if they had a cash cow, which regularly produces income. They would struggle if that stopped though.
  15. That's my view too. I'm two and a bit years into my boycott. My conscience is clear.
