May be a strange thing to say given that he's no kid anymore, but if he can learn to play a bit more with his head and a bit less with his heart he could be absolutely pivotal for us this year. Cutting out those rash ('kin stupid?) challenges will reduce his injuries and yellow/red cards so increase his game time. As much as I like Semedo, Hutchinson is a better footballer imo and will improve our midfield significantly.
