What I found interesting about Wigfield comments were that something happened in the last few days which gave them some leverage against Chansiri to consider putting S3 / the ground into Admin too. My bet is that was Ashley buying the debt from the other company. If so, then others will be put off bidding as the ground and the club don't come as a package so Ashley gets the best price vs a bidding war of sorts.
