I'd go one step further and say that every demonstration, protest in front of the Thai embassy, call out by a journalist, MP or major publication further emboldens his stubbornness and fk u attitude. Am not saying that we shouldn't protest, but it is clear he is absolutely determined to hold on for dear life and duck and dive as long as possible to delay the inevitable, and when it does go down he'll want to inflict as much damage as possible.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. He was one of our best players in the L1 promo season. He won us the game in the miracle, not only scoring 4th but playing pivotal role in the 3rd and the extra time equaliser. It was his best game in MF for us. His contribution in the great escape season, maintaining belief and scoring critical goals led to him being most folk player of the year. He's best played as a RB/RCB, generally hopeless as a CM but hopefully we've hit upon a formula with Valery at 6. If we both literally and metaphorically survive this season it will be in no small part to the leadership, commitment and contribution of that wee lad who was at PO final in 2005 with his Dad.

PS Liam looked good in RWB role and Bannan looked much better with mobile Valery alongside, could have hit a formula that allows us to get the best out of the two and get them into top 3!
