    1, he knows the yardstick is the whole season not a small part of 2, he's the manager as decided by big Chan and thats the way he wants to play (rightly or wrongly) and will 100% be intending to execute his choice tactics with more of his own choice of personnel and i dare say...expecting better results

    in my opinion because the current crop aren't good enough to play the game in the way he wants them to or they struggling to adapt quickly enough. (we even saw dunkley trying to rouse them last night)

    hardly far off hence the sacking. do you honestly think its sensible to sack an experienced manager (one who has had successes in the game) after 8 games and no squad personnel input other than selection? madness

    based on the fact he's only just come in and anyone with eyes can see the majority of the current squad is substandard

    Deserves the chance to see what he can do in the transfer window and then assess where we are. Most of what Monks brought in isnt good enough and wasnt before TP arrived

    I have watched his teams play plenty and agree not pretty stuff but without knowing stats I’ve always thought he is a get the job done type of manager which I think is what we need right now the pretty stuff could wait
