  1. After what Smith has contributed this season, why would we get rid?? Oh yeah, cause our other options up front are great We haven't got anyone else who will come on a hold it up top like he does. Good option to have for me
  2. Exactly this, last season he never gave the defenders a minute and won loads of niggly freekicks. This season he cant even control the ball. No questioning what he did for us last season and for that reason, we had to sign him. However, i wasn't comfortable with the amount we paid. For all he did for us, it was still way too much.
  3. What is the away pub called? Cheers
  4. Off to Coventry saturday for the first time in a few years. Any advice on parking? Can you park in the shopping center next to the stadium?
  5. How does safe standing improve the atmosphere though?
  6. The logistics of getting a printed ticket to pass on is a nightmare, ive done it as it mostly has to be in person at the ticket office. Then how would you get it to the person you are giving/selling it to? Most wont want the hassle of that. Should really be able to do it online and get an e-ticket you can email. However, Mr Chansiri wont allow that as someone could sell their on average £23-24 ticket for a profit.
  7. Paid for my son to do it for the first home game v Plymouth this season. Couldn't have chosen a better game as the atmosphere was amazing, game wasn't bad either. Always wanted my son to walk out onto the pitch (tried to swap with him but apparently im too old!) so that is priceless. He tells me it was the best day of his life so it was worth it for me. I think it is overpriced for what you get, my wife couldn't come with us and had to buy her and my daughter a ticket in the stands. No kit either or a tour unless you pay the £650 package. Was a shame to see some mascots at recent games in old kits as they dont provide and are so expensive to buy. The big thing for me is that i dont believe you even get a ticket for the game for the mascot or the adult. It was never mentioned, just that we had to show our match tickets at the gate so assume we had to buy them. We have season tickets so wasnt a problem but its bad if you dont get them included.
  8. Have to agree, been told his record for injuries isnt great so id be reluctant to let Marvin go.
  9. Must be my settings then as it works ok on my phone but not on the laptop
  10. Anyone having issues loading the new club website?
  11. This point exactly, the ST sales also increased on the feel good factor of promotion which we don't have this year.
  12. Im not 100% sure, the players are the problem with midfield. We just play too deep, most games Bannan and sometime Vaulks may as well hold hands with the CB. We never play through midfield as the 2 holding midfields are too deep and the gap up to windass, fletcher is massive. At times on saturday there were 20-30 yard gaps with no midfielder available to receive a pass.
  13. Do you think the crowd was low due to it being available on some TV channels?
  14. How good was our second goal, excellent piece of play. Our first would have been rule out if that was today's game
