I don't know enough about the background to this but it all feels a little bit pie in the sky.
How much actual substance is there to this plan?
We see major redevelopment plans touted all the time that either never gets spades in the ground or get massively pared down so they barely resemble the original plan, God knows we've seen enough of that kind of thing in Sheffield alone.
There's something that doesn't sit quite right with all of this to me, feels a bit too good to be true......
