I don't know enough about the background to this but it all feels a little bit pie in the sky. How much actual substance is there to this plan? We see major redevelopment plans touted all the time that either never gets spades in the ground or get massively pared down so they barely resemble the original plan, God knows we've seen enough of that kind of thing in Sheffield alone. There's something that doesn't sit quite right with all of this to me, feels a bit too good to be true......

They won't be going on a more general sale than they are now (and have been since last week). You don't need any points to buy now but you must be on the clubs ticketing system and have made a purchase in the last few years ( I think 5 but not sure on that).

I think this is the key point. The administrator is not there to make gestures of goodwill that will pay off over the ensuing months /years with repeat business, they are just trying to make as much money as possible over the short time they are here. Cheap tickets are solely to maximise as much revenue as possible over the next 2 months, not a reward for fans. This is something that would be better directed at new owners as and when they take over.

According to the website they're on sale now to anyone with an id and a ticket purchase in the last 5 years and have been since the lep went on sale. You're not going to get more general sale than that for this fixture.

Whilst your selections are good examples of the genre, how can you have a list of Wednesday mavericks and not include Di Canio? The man's middle name is maverick (may not be true). He racked up more maverick behaviour in that one game against Arsenal than the three on your list put together and that before you even begin to talk about how he played football.
