The Hillsborough experience declines every year, not that I get there often, or at all currently.
I live in France and season ticket holder at Brive Rugby.
The ground is a traditional 4 stands, no corners.
A new stand behind the posts was constructed just over a year ago and I now sit there.
Superb facilities with a huge foyer in front with more than a dozen food stalls, pizza, duck, chicken etc, first class, live music, kids area, drinks areas, on match day it's like a party. After the match, the party continues in various areas until 1am.
The stand has boxes, hospitality areas linked to seats, a Michelin chef in the rooftop restaurant.
Interior foyer as well with huge bars, DJ area, amazing toilets, as big a TV screen as you can get.
Proper seats with room for your legs included!
In a year or two the opposite stand is due for similar treatment.
If you like your rugby, on YouTube there's a FRUK rugby channel showing live ProD2 in English every week. Next Friday Brive v Grenoble and the channel have organised a mini tour to come over.
In other words, Wednesday fans are lagging way behind and though I love Hillsborough, something has to give.
