  1. We’ve haven’t had any success for 30 years. Bring success, and we’re much more scalable than Derby and Leicester.
  2. I’m not a Sheffielder, but his accent sounds more Derby/Nottingham to me.
  3. It’s the throwing of vapes which is a concern. I sat in there vs West Brom a couple years ago and loads of vapes were coming crashing down. Was a bloody nightmare.
  4. I sat in the Leppings Lane end versus West Brom a couple years ago. Every time we scored all sorts of stuff was coming down! Vapes, coins… Pretty dangerous to be really.
  5. So are you suggesting the nearly 30k crowds versus Bristol and Norwich (mediocre opposition) is our maximum support?
  6. Are you suggesting the prices for this match are cheap?
  7. The level of ticket sales for this game is fantastic given the circumstances and the extortionate pricing.
  8. This is the point. Hillsborough, or a new ground, needs to be developed with a view to additional revenue streams, outside of football. This is where we are so far behind other clubs.
  9. I had a feeling this could be the case. EE could’ve been used for corporate/relations of the club.
  10. What a flounce of a post! If Sheff Utd were in exactly our position as a Club, they’d barely get a 20k crowd for an equivalent fixture. Their support is pitiful as shown by their recent play off showings.
  11. My point was in reference to you saying Leeds have never averaged ‘a half full bellend road’.
  12. Well said. And for many season before 2011, their attendances were mid 20ks at best.
  13. There are going to be more fans through the gate. As Wigfield has stated on more than one occasion, the average number of SWFC fans attending home fixtures this season is in the region of 17k. So, by lowering the ticket prices, lots more fans are turning out for the Norwich game - circa 10k more! All factors considered, I don’t think we can really grumble at this can we.
