What if fans go the home games - not a pound in the ground, black and gold until sold - importantly, support the team like every game is the Peterborough game, but then stay as long as possible after the final whistle. This would create a new (albeit manageable) logistical headache, increase staff, stewarding and policing costs, be an audible protest during the post match interviews, it might be a chance to make a similar connection with the team as on away days, it also might get support from opposition fans, media attention and fans talking to each other. If you want to tell me this is a rubbish idea, that's fine, of course, but please be gentle. Like many, I worry about the current divisions and animosity between Wednesdayites. I am an ex sth, went to my first Wednesday game on 29th April 1976, went home and away when I lived on the sarf coast for 10 years. I won't bore you with more, but trust me, I could go on and on and on and on and on. I live 4,000 miles away with my lovely family, not much dosh and a diagnosis. If I was in the UK, nothing - nothing would stop me going to a game and I hate the idea that fellow fans would want to stop me going to a game. Don't get old, I've written that last bit and I can't remember why. It doesn't seem relevant, but hey ho, it's done. Have a great day.

Sheffield Wednesday vs Birmingham omdt

Division 2 post. You claim to be ITK, but don't give any details. Are you saying they ate better snap when they were kids or for brekkie this morning or what? I'm going to hanging fire on the trusting you bit for now and keep my faith in Henrik. -
Sheffield Wednesday vs Leeds OMDT

Admin - This is yet another example of posters not following your guidelines. What is the point of having guidelines? "You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this site to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law." I am not trying to defend or offend anyone. The guidelines make sense to me. -
If you are interested, D Names are offering sheffield_delph in exchange for one night, eleven rooms at Premier Inn, Wrexham.
-
Not heard him call anybody a turd though, have you? Firstly, on a personal level do you think it is OK to call someone a turd? Secondly, if the guidelines on this site explicitly rule against personal abuse, is it OK for the moderator to ignore it?
-
I absolutely agree. Unfortunately on this thread, the moderator has chosen to ignore Owlstalk's own guidelines about posting personal abuse. Calling someone a turd is personal abuse, the guidelines clearly state that is not permitted. So I don't expect this site to understand the importance of the point that you raise.
-
To be fair, you often try to belittle rather than engage, so I suppose I should have predicted every word of your response.
-
Hi. It was an attempt at humour.
-
There's no hi in Terry Henfleet.
-
No, I am clearly not, go back and read it again. I don't support Chansiri. I also don't support the protest. I am even less likely to support if personal abuse is a feature.
-
Narcistic, egotistical, complete bell end; add incompetent, clueless, dictatorial wazzock, that is an honest attempt to describe the man. Calling someone a turd is a poor playground insult. Personally, I don't think any human is a turd and opinions will be hardened and not changed by personal abuse.
-
Always love being a fan of this club, sometimes wonder why I come on this f**king site.
-
What ever level Chansiri has sunk to or will sink to, why sink to the level of calling him a turd? It's pathetic.

Tenuous, but he did also write " Journal of the Plague Years." -
Are you New York George?

I live on the same street as you in this small village. I've got the same problem, can you give me directions to this other mechanic so that I can see what he's like?

Duncan McGuire talks collapse mid-flight

Please, no exemption. -
Is it too late to rethink this? What percentage of the thousands of leaflets do you think will have the desired effect and what percentage will harden opinion against your aims? How much of your investment will be wasted? Who do you expect to clear up discarded leaflets? What environmental impact are you making? What metrics will you use to judge the success of the investment? Have you already considered and rejected the idea of producing and selling a regular matchday fanzine dedicated to your cause? That would seem a more organic and sustained opportunity to build support and momentum.

Huddersfield Town v Owls Unofficial MDT

Wrong threads. -
I don't think so. I mean forever bless Aiden Flint and especially the vastness of his forehead, but him against this year's four is different gravy. I'm not saying what a wonderful window we've just had, but I was responding to it being described as the worst in world history. My point is that - like a lot of angry wangry posting on here - that was just histrionic. This wasn't the worst window in our own recent history, let alone anywhere on the planet.
