I don't think it matters who our manager is, tbh. Nobody can conjure up a way of avoiding the drop. Not Henrik, not Danny, not Pep, not even Big Dazza Moore (blaspheme, I know!). So, there's certainly no point losing sleep over it.

An idea for anyone that does still attend (because they've paid for their season ticket, so why should they miss the game, and all that)... Please don't occupy your usual seat, especially if that seat is low down in the stands. Instead, go up as far as your legs will carry you, to the very top/back of the seats, so you might as well not be there at all, as far as it looks on TV. Also, please don't go to those seats until after the game kicks off, delaying your entry as long as you can, so the cameras can pan around empty stands, and please leave as early as you can (to beat the traffic ). If we're 3 down after 30 minutes, for example, how much fun is the next 60+ going to be? Get yersen off t'pub! You aint seen me, right?!!

As much as I'm being daft there, I sincerely hope it does stay above 10,000... and even more importantly, that season ticket holders do the difficult but honourable and necessary thing, and stay away.

I can see why a Werther's-lovin South-stand pensioner might struggle to muster a solo rendition of "I don't care about...", risking a round of tuts at his/her effing n jeffin (or w-ing and c-ing), tbh. Shouting at officials that are physically present, and presumably capable of hearing, in the immediate aftermath of dodgy decision, is the equivalent of beeping at a driver that cuts you up or raising your voice to warn your kids that you're not happy about them jump-scaring their dodgy-tickered nanna. None of the above will prevent the event from happening because it's too late for that. But there might, at least, be a minor chance of them acting differently in the future because folk don't generally like being told off. Shouting at an arrogant ignoramus that isn't even there to hear it is more akin to barking at the telly during Prime Minister's Questions. That is, except for the fact that others are around to hear you. So, perhaps more like shouting "the end is nigh" on a street corner. Or, to put it another way, I think the silent majority lack the stamina for a sustained attack in this war of attrition. So, they want to pick their battles rather than running out of steam swinging punches at thin air.
