Not really surprised with the retained list, although I’m gutted for Byers the writing was on the wall for him when he got sent out to Blackpool. Everyone speculating about Delgado and his 2yr deal has anyone thought maybe Delgado himself has cancelled his contract? Recovery not going well from op didn’t enjoy his time here was homesick? Pol said how difficult he found it when he first came over too. Of those offered new contracts I can see Windass maybe looking for clubs in the MLS as he is due to marry his American girlfriend in the states this summer. Quite surprised at Pato getting his contract extension activated but not unhappy with it. Can see us trying to move a few under contract on, hopefully Wilks being the top of that list. With regards to all the speculation on Danny being here next season I have heard he has a contract for next season already with a hefty fee for him to be bought out it. Pigs have just announced their retained list. I know they are piggy’s but Max Lowe at 26 is one I’d look at if we can afford him (think he’s on around £22k a week at moment). Plays LWB which if we persist with 3 at the back could be just the right position for us, an upgrade on Neymarv who might walk away this summer and 34 this year too.

Bayern are looking to bring Hansi Flick back to Bayern where he was before becoming the Germany National Team Coach with Danny Röhl who was his assistant coach there and at Bayern. Let’s hope he doesn’t want a reunion with Danny too!!

Ahh god damn it, back to the drawing board then. Back in this division Sam McCallum LB/LWB 22yr old from Norwich on a free and Jeremy Ngakia RB/RWB from Watford also 22yr old both on a free. Definitely need a LB and could also do with a RB
