The qualifying category for people with Membership and/or an ID number seems to have disappeared altogether now and yet again there is no clarity on the official website

I’m just under 3,000 in the queue and it hasn’t moved for over half an hour. I bought a membership yesterday but got locked out and now it says Members can’t apply. My wife has points but I don’t as she always buys the pairs of tickets when we go to Hillsborough so she has logged on too but I think she will only qualify for one ticket and she won’t go if we can’t both sit together.
