This is it for me too.
I’ve worked in environments where one guy resides over every decision and you have to butt heads with them almost daily. In my experience the guy at the top seemed to enjoy being challenged although 8/10 folk would never do that.
I’m not sure Chansiri enjoys the being challenged bit.
The buck ultimately stops with Chansiri, I don’t think anyone can disagree with that but is he solely to blame - no! Obviously no.
For example with transfer dealings. Half of our disastrous transfers would have been someone else’s suggestion, some of these the fans were almost unanimously in favour of. He knows fizz all about football so if our fans are in favour of it, what’s stopping him from doing it?
He needed better advisors, stronger managers and someone to say “no sir, that’s not how it works.” Or “no, I don’t want or need Rhodes/Ugbo/Boyd/Lowe….. “
