I think he’s biding his time getting to the last possible second before he either sells or is forced to sell, I’m hoping for news this month / next as there are a number of pinch points around loans, government bodies and increasing media pressure. I’m taking an educated guess after chats this week that he’ll be close to seeing no way out. I think he’s spent the money today as someone will have said he had to.

Just a guess but he’s probably taking money from somewhere else at month end then paying it in here. Normally this means the group of companies sail very close to negative equity / negative balances. The positive ( I guess if I can find one) is he’s an old hand at this type of way of working.

I would be surprised, you don’t normally set a date without having all appropriate pre-publication legal reviews in place. I know these guys are hailed as heroes but there’s now a communication vacuum that they’ve not filled and if they want credibility they need to control the narrative and explain what’s going on.
