Yes all fair points. But even Pep had a first day of being a manager. We've been down the experienced route with Pulis etc. We've even been down the he's got promotion on his CV. Means nothing. I'm a big believer in a manager being at the right place right time. Like Wilder was ....after that shìte...and many others the same. I think it could just work.
