Is anyone able to post a clip of the Sky interviews with Owls fans before the Leicester game?
Every one of those guys talked so much sense, and with so much dignity, that it almost brought a tear to my eye.
None of them was demanding a billionaire owner and superstar signings; none of them was demanding Premier League or Champions League football; none of them was demanding a sparkly new stadium.
No, all they were asking for was an owner who will serve the club (and its supporters and the wider community) in a respectful manner, and for an end to 10-and-a-half years of their being treated with contempt by Chansiri.
I recognised some of the faces from the trust meetings but, honestly, hats off to all the contributors. You articulated exactly how I (and thousands of other people) feel, and it came across very powerfully on TV. Thank you.
(Sorry if I’ve missed the interviews being shared/discussed in another thread. Please delete this one if so).
