On Trainline it says industrial action to affect northern services between Monday 29th and Saturday 4th May. I’ve phoned them a few days ago but they couldn’t confirm anything other than check on day of travel.

Does anyone know if rail strikes will impact on this service. Planned industrial action for these days. No info online just says check in day of travel.

Thats right, it will show up as soon as you are eligiable to purchase and not before. Abput 1o minutes before, it will say you are in the queue and then it will direct you automatically.

It does, ive just got mine and couldnt get 3 seats together in same section. Random seats everywhere in most sections i looked at. Ive got a randomer sat inbetween my son and his mate and im on the row in front.

It’s the Worst part waiting for email with ticket attachments. Normally they come through very quickly I once waited over an hour for a Saturday league game. Not good for the old ticker

I’ve looked this morning sat 20th. With a £30 railcard you save 1/3 of the cost of an adult ticket and 60% of 15 year old and younger. 4 and under travel free I think, but check that. Rail card is deffo worth it and saves £££ but you can’t apply rail card discounts in first class. also peak / off peak doesn’t apply as it’s a bank holiday so don’t worry about that element. UTO!

I agree, certainly not the worst weve seen at Hilsborough. I mean they were slwoing things down at every oppurtunity and it it cots them, but i would have expected worse.

Not half. Had difficulty getting back to my car at Newcastle. Got chased by several nob heads and had to grab a copper to rescue me. Ended up speaking and replying in cockney when I was asked what time it was after a game at Chelsea .
