Comparing my Captain with Chansiri would be totally illogical!

Not much more to tell really, got to know him in 87, was lead singer (& lyrics writer) in a band (I went to college with the keyboard player), always wearing West Ham shirts, got in to Wednesday when he started doing Wednesday fanzines selling them outside the ground and the rest, as they say, is history!

Look I get everybody is frustrated, angry even, but there’s only one person to blame here and that’s Chansiri, NOT these guys. Would you slag your boss off so that anyone could put it on a forum like this for all to see? I’ve known Trevor for donkey’s years, since he was a West Ham fan on the dole, trying to be the next Nik Kershaw. He’s not the problem here. I bumped into him at a party last week, waited till we’d both had a few, then tried to get some info out of him. All I got was ‘how long is a piece of string?’, which is exactly what I expected from him, that’s his job! Besides, how do you know these guys aren’t leaking info under another name (although I should say Trevor assures me, he’s NOT the bizzle!)? If you absolutely have to take your frustrations out on somebody, concentrate on the only guy that matters. I’m sure we all know who that is don’t we?

For me this article is a game changer. Yes it basically says what we’ve heard as rumours before (perhaps with the exception of the £160M figure), but this isn’t an ITK fan posting on a forum, this is a respected local newspaper source. Newspapers don’t publish anything unless their source is credible & can be corroborated by a separate source or visual evidence (the risk of being sued is just too great)! Until now Chansiri could dismiss the rumours as, well just that….. rumours! He can’t dismiss this. He either denies it, in which case The Star says ‘here’s the evidence’ or he starts taking these offers seriously! In any case, after this, I can’t see any way he lets this drag on into the season or maybe even past ‘Owls in the Park’. The pressure just increased exponentially…. which I’d be willing to bet, is exactly what the Star intended!

Well it wouldn’t be Wednesday without a bonkers over reaction would it!

This is exactly what is happening. In the first 10 minutes midfielders were dropping back to receive the ball from Beadle to build attacks which was working quite well. Looks like we didn’t want to risk it for too long cause the midfielders started staying up the pitch so Beadle had to kick long where we either win the ball high (didn’t happen) or we gave the ball to Bristol City to draw them on (did happen) in the hopes of catching them on the break (didn’t happen).

Got to be this one surely!

Just bought some ‘Print at home’ tickets for the Shrewsbury game but, for the life of me, I can’t see where the option to print them is! Anyone know?

What was obvious to me is that we had no answer to udders high press. Time and again when we had possession at the back they either forced us into a mistake giving them a chance or we had to play it long which just gave them the ball back. And with us not pressing they could pass it around with ease. Hope other teams don’t learn from this! Bannan chasing back to prevent a certain goal though said everything you need to know about him. RS were right. Udders goalie could’ve spent the first half having a nap! Couldn’t build from the back and constantly gave the ball away in dangerous places, especially Adeniran. With better Strikers or without BPF they’d have been out of sight! Slightly better second half but was sort of game whereby if we’d scored, it would have been a ‘smash and grab’!

Anyone know if you can pay at the turnstiles?

If we carry on accumulating points at only the same rate we have so far this season we should get another 24 points which puts us on 49 points. That usually keeps you up!
