If anyone has ever been to the shopping center in elephant and castle they will know what a truly bizarre place it is. I have seen some strange sights in there but none stranger than the photo my friend Sam (a fellow owl) took on Saturday night. No idea what he was doing in a Columbian women's clothes shop after the Norwich game but it was clearly worth the trip....

I get what your saying. I think it would be mildly annoying but it definitely wouldn't ruin my day. Wednesday losing would do that. I don't sit near them normally, I sit on the north (when I get to go down S6, I live in London). But I remember having a season ticket on the Kop near them when I was a kid (when they were up in the top right) and it didn't bother me at all. I think I quite liked it....

Fair enough. I'm just not sure it matters all that much. I'm definitely not going to let myself get wound up by them if I am.

You raise a very good point. From a very reliable source, pitch was laid correctly, then, as the grass grew through, nets were supposed to be laid down to entwine the synthetic grass with the real grass strands. This was not carried out correctly. Hence why pitch didn't look the best today. Goal mouths were bare etc.
