And here we are, still putting money into Chansiri's pocket. Justify it however you wish, the bottom line is you know Chansiri gets some form of cut from ticket sales, from tickets you've not already bought, that you don't have to buy, and you are actively going out to purchase those tickets. Not a penny more.... unless we can protest on TV Not a penny more.... unless i can add to my priority points Not a penny more.... unless he only makes a small amount on the ticket sales

It’s true. I have it on good authority that he applied in the 15 minute window between Wilder being sacked and Selles being appointed. ‘Without confirmation’

Makes you wonder what does Chansiri get out of all of this. Is there anything left for him other than he’s in so deep he won’t cut his losses? -
If you look at the fixtures left between us, Huddersfield and Plymouth I think 4 wins would certainly keep us up - That factors in both Huddersfield and Plymouth having dramatic upturns in form. We have 3 home games left so I think we likely need to win all 3, then maybe take a win on the road too. Not impossible, but we have to stick with them regardless of what happens at the weekend with the QPR result and a likely Plymouth win vs Rotherham.

Definitely, pays Bannans wages for a fortnight

Owls v Coventry City - Unofficial FA Cup 4th round OMDT
H2Owl replied to Pablo Bonvin's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Exactly. Just being quiet for 5 seconds is a perfectly viable option if you don’t agree. Shouting and booing and hurling abuse is just pathetic, then going back home to teach your family and kids. Feel genuinely sorry for the kids of anyone who does that tbh -

At the end of the day these are literally grown ass men with families deciding to shout and scream and boo during a gesture that lasts mere seconds. You can’t reason with folk like that, or the people that defend it. ’I’m not racist… but…’ -

He doesn’t care about what you, the media etc think of him. Just save your £100, it’s not worth it.
-
I’d rather league 2/national league than give him a penny. It’s his asset, if he wants to burn it into the ground then that’s up to him but he can do it with his money only and not mine.
-
That would really stick it up to Chansiri wouldn’t it. I swear if Chansiri asked fans to clean his car and lick his balls some fans would be queuing up all night to do it.

Oh no... CHANSIRI ASKS FANS TO PAY TO SAVE CLUB
H2Owl replied to Castleford Owl's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
It’s about time now fans should stop putting any money into the club altogether until he’s gone. No season ticket renewals No POTG No merch/food etc inside the ground Just an empty bowl that’s losing him millions every month. He needs to be isolated. -

H2Owl replied to Castleford Owl's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
You don’t, you’ll never see it again. -
I’d rather the club get liquidated and go out of business altogether than be bullied with this tactic. It would be classic Chansiri to take whatever saleable asset he has left and sink it down the drain of pure spite. I’m here for it.
-
Yup, I’m not buying it. If he wants to come out and say I’ve changed my pricing and if this means we get more people into the ground to support etc then I’ll keep them low, then that’s different. Don’t play his game, this is about so much more than ticket pricing for 1 match.
-
It’s not smoke and mirrors, there’s no tests to see if we’ll come and if we do it doesn’t mean cheaper tickets going forward. If he’s changed his ticket pricing philosophy he’s more than capable of coming out and saying so instead of making fans guess. Please don’t fall for it.
-
Although reasonable don’t be fooled. When the next game comes out and it’s category A you’ll all regret going to this one. Nothing changes until we hear an update about ticket pricing going forward, so the assumption that he’s charging the maximum amount he thinks he can get away with still holds true. Support it if you want, I won’t be.

Sheffield born American investor???
H2Owl replied to MoudouSougou's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
I obviously hope this is good news but the cynic Wednesday fan in me can’t help but think this reads like someone trying to engineer a situation with the club for their / their business interests benefit. Hope I’m wrong and time will tell but as with anything involving football clubs theirs usually a lot of vultures around. -
I wonder how much of the 'new' Premier League money has already been spent.

Season completely turned on its head
H2Owl replied to SallyCinnamon's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Very true, but that’s how we do it if we are going to do it. If we start dropping points at home from here on in then I’m assuming we’ll be dropping them away as well. These 4 home games are huge and the 12 points up for grabs means we would theoretically only need a mixed bag away. -

We win all our remaining home games to put us on 91 points. Add to that 2 away wins and I don’t think we finish out of the autos with 97 points.
