Good chance they'll recall him in January, especially if the takeover has gone through, and then look to renegotiate if we want him for the second half of the season. It's a frustrating new thing with season long loans, had a big effect on some clubs last season. Our only hope is that they decide guaranteed first team football at a decent level for him is more important than making a few quid, but I won't hold my breath.
