  1. Seen walking out of Walmart with a SWFC dippy egg board...
  2. Gi Feet back!
  3. To many people with way to much nostalgia. If this is about competing at the top end of the Championship or being a stable Premier league club long term we MUST maximise non match day revenue. A redeveloped Hillsborough wouldn’t really change anything. We need to relocate near the M1 potentially close to Meadowhall, it does need to be a 50k seater. Roads, restaurants, retail, casinos, hotels, whole infrastructure needs building. Look at what Birmingham are planning…that should be the blueprint.
  4. It’s all about significantly improving the whole infrastructure of the club. New 50k seater stadium away from S6, that can hold concerts, other sporting events and be used on all other non match days. New first team training complex, with gyms, swimming pools, indoor and outdoor state of the art training pitches. Redevelop middle wood road for the Academy. If the above can be done the club will naturally progress with some investment in the squad And a wee statue of Barry.
  5. Wish list... Blue version of Arsenals Emirates stadium. Just off the M1, lit up like an iconic Wembley of the north to all passers by. Complete future proof infrastructure, new access roads, train station, tram stop. A huge museum located close by dedicated to the birthplace of Football, make it a global attraction that puts Sheffield on the map. More hotels, shops, restaurants, casino's. But would take £2 billion to achieve it
  6. £50 million Owlstalk tek over innit
  7. My mrs used to work for the company Begbies took over 15yrs ago she was on about £15 per hr but they charged her work at £300+ an hour great work if you can get it Would imagine hourly rates are north of £500 per hour in 2025
  8. I do wonder if he has completely misjudged the situation from his point of view. Maybe he has assumed he would get the club back and the admin process would stop HMRC. Now he's lost everything and there is no way he can get it back...whether the rumors of his Dad trying to step in at the last minute and save him are true I think he is already or soon to be absolutely raging he has had the club ripped away from him. Lovey stuff
  9. Perfect senario, he has a vested interest being a season ticket hold and life long owl. And Begbis stand to pocket a serious amount of cash...will be xmas bonuses all round i would imagine
  10. Not surprised we are inundated with interest. But 60 is A LOT Doubt it will be Ashley now, he's usually the type to brinkmanship an 11th hour deal. Doesn't sound like that is the case here with plenty of USA interest. Plus on the face of it its an absolute steal of a deal for whoever wins the race to get us. Chansiri will end up with about £15 million once his 25% is cleared. Might be less. NAP will end up with most of there money back I would imagine as a secured creditor, loan plus interest guessing around £9-10 million HMRC and all other creditors probably £3-5million including Admin costs. Complete fresh start for around £30 million, own entirety of the club, stadium, training ground etc and ZERO debt. With current player salaries at the lowest possible level. Next few weeks are going to be fun
  11. JL and BB moved out of the way of it and Harry ducked underneath it. If they all just stood still that ball goes nowhere near the goal.
  12. We can spend 60% of turnover on players in league one. New owner renames the stadium for £100 million then we can spend £60 million on a new squad. Unlimited spending allowed on infrastructure as well. Think i'm getting a bit carried away
  13. Decisions decisions think I’ll go with Bakinson bargain at £445
  14. We’ve still probably got another 9-12 points of EFL breaches to add on. This season is over but we can plan for a future without DC with the right owner next season is a build phase and then who knows with the right investment back to back promotions…guess the wine is clouding my judgement just over the moon he’s gone. Give me mid table championship with a tilt at the playoffs each year and that will be fine. Only league we are starting in next season is league one. No chance of staying up. But at lest we are going to be starting next season full of hope and ambition!
