  1. Talk about a Rolls Royce player. Fantastic to watch
  2. Let’s ask ourselves, why would a serious business not employ an executive team? Hmm, let me think
  3. Says it all. The frustration is palpable, even in the journalists. Got to be coming towards the end game. Don’t underestimate the Clive Betts intervention to get the ELF to finally step up and in. I think they are putting severe pressure on Chansiri behind the scenes to ensure the takeover happens.
  4. Amazing guy and player. Absolute Wednesday legend. Get the statue on order once we get the puppet out and have a few bob. What did @thebizzlesay months ago??
  5. Rob Staton (not Statin 5 Live ) is a great sports broadcaster. He has lead the way in raising this whole travesty which is now being picked up at a national media level. Keep up the great work and focus on this dysfunctional tyrant until he’s gone - which he will be before Christmas. Andy and Adam, you’re ok too
  6. Pride, arrogance and thick as pig poo . No wonder we are in the state we are. A lethal combination. What an absolute disgrace this man is as the custodian of our treasured club, suppose to do his bit in this stage of our long and respected history. Instead, we are broke and damaged as a a result his utter incompetence and ridiculous, inept decison making. Would anyone put it past him to totally blow all the bidders out of the water with his narrasatic, overinflated ego, all tied together with zero business acumen. At this rate our best hope is Ashley waiting in the wings for Administration.
  7. Is this someone like John Textor about to conclude the deal, he’s seasoned in this stuff as will be his team who will have done loads of due diligence on finances and operations well in advance of deciding to proceed. He’s also had access to the data room for a period of time. The NDA is purely the starting point and an initial administrative process - nothing of significance in terms of any decision making.
  8. Excellent presenter and great he's driving the exposure around this sorry saga. Well done Rob and FH team,
  9. I suspect the NDA has been signed, discussions are going on behind the scenes and therefore it’s radio silence. The fact nothing is being publicly dismissed is probably a positive sign,
  10. We don’t attack headers
  11. Just love Ross Wallace. Cheeky chap
  12. Comes across great, level headed and ambitious. For the first time in years there’s a real plan that’s shaping up really nicely.
  13. After a cracking performance yesterday, initially on the back foot then dominating, can we just get behind the team the manager and see where we are in the next few months. Given the reference to politicians, Its worth remembering like politicians, all football managers fail in the end (unless they are poached by a better club). I don’t think there is a better option currently given the scope DC has given DM to invest in getting out of this league. Do we really all want to go back to square 1…Again?!
  14. Keep the positivity flowing, that’s the spirit..
  15. Spot on as the earlier poster states. An organisation rots from the head down (John West in the case of fish) or an Owl if you apply it to the our plight and passion for our club. The only excuse he can make is given the reduced cash flow position at the club he’s covering costs for the club via funding from Thailand/ overseas. This is subject to money laundering regulations and therefore not straight forward. The only reason I don’t buy that is he should be prepared as he’s had enough practice in not playing staff (players and who knows who else) all season! I’m totally lost and despondent. When you have your 11 year old football mad fan asking why he had to be born into a long family tradition of supporting The Owls...he still wants a ticket for next season
  16. Sure we can all recognise some if not all of the issues he raises here. On non—footballing matters, many fans would agree leadership of the club from the very top has been abject, certainly over the past few years. The command and control approach to leadership doesn’t get results in the 21st century. The chairman’s key lesson to learn is delegation, as Biggs states, can massage the ego as well as any other approach. Especially when your succeeding.
  17. Was beaming though when asked - those false nashers were gleaming. Said we were a massive club and anyone would be delighted to be linked...looks like it’s a done deal.
  18. Proper professional footballer. All the best.
  19. Too proactive for us
  20. Pulis has a worse win percentage than Monk. Bruce slightly better than both. Paul Cook way ahead of all at 40+%. Unfortunately he’s not mates with Amadeu Paixao.
