Swfc airlines in the future?
The flying pig replied to modboy's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Having worked in Australia in the Aviation industry for many years now. Providing commercial and private jets I have it on good authority that a Championship club and a well known rock band have been developing a new Aircraft. AC/DC “Breamliner” will be released in 2026. Prices will start really low and then rise quite quickly. -

Röhl having to do 80 hour weeks
The flying pig replied to @owlstalk's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
SWFC have the best team at Hillsborough I can vouch for that. Having lost my brother last month I approached Wednesday with regards to his wake. I dealt with Paige at Hillsborough amongst other colleagues. They were absolutely brilliant. Our funeral procession began at Penistone road,we went under the South stand,Wednesday staff came out to pay their respects. After the service at Grenoside we returned to Hillsborough, the wake was held in the 1867 lounge. Again the staff were amazing. My Dad of nearly 80 years, who had lost his son,my brother was a season ticket holder for 40 years until his health prevented him attending games for the last 25 years. Wednesday staff allowed us to enter the South,by the directors box to view the stadium. To see my Dads face as he looked around the stadium really was something. We will never get Craig back, but to be able to celebrate his life at Hillsborough with the amazing staff was the perfect send off. Proper club x -
If they manage to come up I’ll give them a high 6 next season at S6. Ill never forget the M1 closed for hours at Dodsworth a few years back for a suspicious package. The suspicious package turned out to be a F in hoover! Absolute Gold that .

My brother Craig passed away last week. Massive Wednesdayite, season ticket and share holder through the 80’s and early 90’s. We are holding his wake at the 1867 lounge early next month after the service at Grenoside Crematorium. Id like to say the staff I’ve being dealing with at SWFC have been amazing.

I’m sure Danny and team will be trying to sauce better in the summer. There’s a young guy at Dortmund,a real nugget, rated as mustard. He played recently for Germanys U18’s. They have a reviewer on YouTube very good,Kind of reminds me of Simon Mayo. Compilation is under Sweet Chilli saves on YT.

Job vacancies at SWFC
The flying pig replied to Rhubarb n Custard's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
I had a position offered earlier this season at Wednesday. Having replied to the offer i met all the requirements as a sweeper,5’8 strong and good movement, dare I say a decent touch. Up until recent events it was a decent job,but if I have to pick up anymore Pool balls,Tennis balls etc I want to be paid at least minimum bloody wage. They didn’t even offer any training, they said you will pick it up as you go. -
BREAKING: SWFC under ANOTHER investigation
The flying pig replied to @owlstalk's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
In my very honest humble opinion I believe the Covid lockdowns have inadvertently helped create this. By no way am I condoning the actions of the minority, appalling behaviour and is not welcome at any Football ground. The individuals for previous abhorrent behaviour have been held to account and hopefully the investigations will catch and deal with the latest incidents and perpetrators. I just feel that, the lockdowns with no face to face schooling or interactions socially we are now seeing the backlash. Like caged animals with no discipline. I believe Covid had far more impact on society than the actual disease. Disclaimer: I had Covid and it wasn’t very pleasant but at no point before or after have I thought of throwing something onto a football pitch or opposition fans. -
Throwing pool balls at away fans now

Same,I’m no expert in Law. But the consequences of their act could be catastrophic. What goes through these individuals heads is beyond me. -
Throwing pool balls at away fans now
The flying pig replied to crookesowl's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
The balls thrown at a guess were not purchased by the throwers. They would have “picked” them up on route to Hillsborough or previously from local pubs. Its a potential manslaughter case if one of the thrown “missiles” had caused the unthinkable. In my opinion the Police should do everything possible in the wake of this. If the balls were found, fingerprint them,do some groundwork around the area and see if any PH or clubs has had any stolen. If so check the CCTV at those locations and cross check with CCTV at S6 of the night. Probably won’t because of resources, but if resources were available it would ,if caught help eradicate or help stop this behaviour. Moronic behaviour, cowardice and not at all how I view my Wednesday family. -

If you owned Sheffield Wednesday.......
The flying pig replied to East Yorks Owl's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
If I owned Sheffield Wednesday I would definitely put my surname on everything, the seats the advertising boards etc but not on the West stand roof, that would take a lot of my resources and finances of which I have none. -

Makes you wonder aside from the Footballing industry how many more (Non Uk)convicted criminals still reside in Britain pending an appeal in their own country. Innocent until proven guilty, proven guilty but allowed to live and work abroad until an appeal has gone through! Regardless of how this affects our season,it really is puzzling and quite worrying at the same time to think that potentially hundreds if not thousands of convicted criminals are still in our communities due to the failure of their respective judicial systems or capacity to hold them.
