Why is it that whenever someone speaks up for Chansiri the editing capabilities of their posts get turned off?

Look everyone, my post was deliberately provocative, but don’t you think now is the time to forget this Chansiri bashing for a bit and unite as a fan base, turns out our best 3 players currently (definitely 2 before people start splitting hairs) we’re all signed in January, our accounts are out on time and show yet another improvement and we have a young manager of serious quality, all this started tamping up mainly in 2019, it’s now 2024 and things are looking up….just need to stay up…

It seems you have an elev8ed opinion of yourself, try and work on that.

Just pointing out that the worst things to happen to our club this season have come from the fans, the op snuck in a snide comment about Chansiri while praising Röhl, but forgot to mention the times that our club has been dragged into the gutter for real this season…

Don’t forget about the fans who mock dead kids and black players, or the ones pushing drivel about the club when they’re not waving yellow pieces of paper about…he really has had to deal with some right numptys in his first year in management, hasn’t he?

I use ffp as a loose term as it’s constantly changing, there are financial rules in league 1 though but they are different to the championship. I was more saying that you are allowed to lose £13m a season and we’re well under that.

It was during Covid when the players didn’t get paid and he got us up to 3rd.

We’re well within ffp, we can spend well but sensibly in the summer and remain within ffp…crazy thought but maybe all his financial mistakes were made years ago and it took a while to get over them and learn, crazy thoughts but I’m in a crazy mood…

After our fans pestered Kieran Maguire to do some stats no doubt to hammer chansiri with it turned out that our last set of accounts showed that were only using 76% of turnover on wages, so I’m pretty sure that that’s made up nonesense.

For years I went to Hillsboro not knowing why I was going, no emotion, no nothing really after growing up in the 90’s, Chansiri buying us made me enjoy coming to games again, Foresteri, Hooper…Gassama, I’m not for one second saying he’s perfect, but people who are against him should in turn realise he’s not that bad and has done good….a great example is Gassama….for years we’ve been crying out for players like that, since the summer our fans have hammered our summer recruitment despite it never looking too shabby, we’ve signed a 19 year old from PSG who looks the real deal, yet non of the doom mongers will give any credit to chansiri, quite the opposite, people on Twitter are still hammering our recruitment, later today there’s a good chance we’ll sign the American for around £3M up front with add ons, yet we’ve had to endure people constantly saying he’s skint, ive already seen people saying we should spend the money on 2 league 1 players instead, the bloke can’t win, at times it’s embarrassing being a wednesday fan online.

The severity of his mistakes are always going to be up for debate, but you’re questioning his ambition against our other owners? That’s just weird, Wilkinson left cus he couldn’t get a few hundred grand out of the board, Richards is a major part of why we’ve suffered all these years, who’s shown more ambition? Forget every other bit of criteria, who out of our owners has shown more ambition?

No, I’ve seen loads of people moaning though, like it or not Chansiri is the only owner we’ve had in my lifetime that’s shown ambition, I’m 44.

Some of the predictions that have been getting thrown about since 2019 about what is going to happen long term to the club due to chansiri actually happening, if we really were going to lose Hillsboro or get multiple points deductions like the likes of Portsmouth, Luton and others have had over the years. But even then I probably wouldn’t protest in the way you mean, I go on Twitter and sometimes here and just can’t believe what I’m seeing from our fans. “If you buy a season ticket, you’re part of the problem” “He’s skint, we can’t even compete with league one clubs” despite regularly nicking players off championship clubs under Moore, plus manner other ridiculous comments….i wouldn’t want to stand shoulder to shoulder with those people and would probably find my own way to protest….but all this means nothing, it’s been 5 years and none of the predictions have come true, many bumps in the road but most of the things levelled at the man are either untrue or dramatised beyond recognition, we won’t liquidate under him, we won’t lose Hillsboro and we won’t have year on year points deductions that see us starting in league 2 or national league on minus points, cus overall he’s nowhere near as bad as some make out.

We need to be out of the relegation zone by 6th March, that's easily achievable if performances stay the same, things that can make that harder are Mowbray and any new Huddersfield manager having big impacts, a thing that can make that easier is Whitaker leaving Plymouth.

Carry on Confusing. The main character would be a bumbling idiot who mainly wanders around babbling to himself and looking confused. It would be set in a theme park where all the customers who ever come to the park will always be the same. Due to constant and often unwarranted criticism the main character would receive he would do random mardy things, like closing the log flume with a moments notice and only selling ready salted crisps from the candy floss stall. As the film goes on things will get better, a manager comes in and the rides stop being shut randomly, but people still think that they are being closed unfairly, random people start marching round the theme park, much to the confusion of the paying customers. The conclusion would be the realisation that most complaints were unwarranted and the main reason for the criticism was that there was another theme park that used to be smaller than the one the film was being set in that was ran better. The End.
