I think in recent history, our record with free transfers is far better than the fees paid record? We’ve staffed loads on players that contributed little to nothing! Van Aken, Abdi and Rhodes spring to mind!

Yeah the whole point of getting players in is to add numbers to the squad, not to add numbers to the physio table? Can’t wait for us to sign players for the right reasons and not because they’re cheap and desperate! Good players but rarely fit is pointless!

First game back in 4 years! Not been able to justify paying those prices! I loved it and it was great to go with the lads I always went with! New Barracks before, like always! That walk up to Hillsborough still feels amazing! Saw some familiar faces inside the North and everyone was so positive! Took an age to get a pint at half time but oh well! Lads played well and worked their rounduns off so what more can you ask for?? Will be back very soon!
