Sheffield Wednesday - 2035 Despite the club's long-term existence being in severe jeopardy right now, AI has claimed that Sheffield Wednesday could end their own exile from the Premier League by the 2035/36 season. At present, the main focus for supporters is ousting Dejphon Chansiri from the Hillsborough boardroom and replacing the Thai business manager with an owner who has the club's best interests at heart in both the short and long-term. Given the club's current predicament, a 10-year rebuild to eventually return to England's elite seems like a realistic blueprint for the Owls to follow. The pressure is palpable...... Imagine needing MORE money on top of the mound you have already wasted, you are under time pressure to sell before the regulator comes in which is imminent, you are holding out for an impossible amount and you know deep down, you have to sell under value and make a HUGE loss all while the fans you have consistently chastised laugh you out. I believe the youngsters label this as a MEGA LOLZ.

I'm very proud of that team tonight. Them young lads away at Birmingham, a really tough place to go. They should all walk round with their heads held high. Incredible we are even competing. Pedersen doing god's work with that team!! HCLW Hate Chansiri Love Wednesday

Having a fit over a post on the talk. I though people were allowed to post their views, talking points etc. Uncalled for.

Wages, he doesn't pay em mate.
-
Not being paid isn't going to help with the staffs and players mental health. Really great video, really hard hitting and heart felt. Brave man!
-
Loved watching every second of that. Committed, classy and full of energy. Reminds me of a certain Kieran Lee.

I have always been on the side of let's move away and start a fresh. I mentioned in another thread, I went to Las Vegas Raiders game on Monday day at the Allegiant Stadium. Wow, just wow. The stadium was mind blowing, the whole fan experience from fan park to tailgate parties etc was so good. Stadium entertainment before and during game was so good too. Something was going on all the time and we were in 2 hours before the game. Even a tiny thing like getting a beer, I walk to the concourse, swipe my card at a barrier, walk through grab a can out the fridge and cameras clock how many I grab and charge my card accordingly. 15 seconds, done. Lets move with the times, start a fresh and have a match day experience to remember. When we are taken over of course.... That Allegiant stadium though, wow. £2bn and 3 years and it could be us!

Neal you card. Made me laugh so much this, you joker you.

Please show the world the best goal that never was. Beats the Will Vaulks, play off final one for me.

I believe the game was QPR v Sheff Wed Friday 26th August 2005 Unable to find any footage of said disallowed goal at this juncture.
-
Burton O'Briens disallowed goal against QPR back int day though...... What an absolute worldie of a disallowed goal.
-
I concur. Supporting the EFL is right. The collateral damage to the team is unfortunately what this will take to remove that rotund ********.

This is almost sexier than Liz Hurley covered in gravy. -
The Independent Football Regulator
Brad_owl replied to BIG D's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
I think they will apply pressure for sure but they cannot be relied on as our saviours. Pressure needs to be applied to him and his family. I mean every single member of them. Is Paxo appearing at Hillsborough these days? -
Shipston was brilliant tonight. Really understated performance.
-
I hope whoever buys the club, IF he is made to by the regulator, is savvy enough to put some clauses in there to protect against the absolute money pit of a stadium, upkeep and Chansiri-nomics rent. £10m for the roof, wow.
-
ON THE PITCH!!!! How bad does it have to get.
-
Our fans need to wake up. After so long in the doldrums we all seem to have Stockholm syndrome. If this was at Leeds the natives would have ripped the roof off Elland road. Come on Wednesdayites, we need to get reet angry about all this. Time for head in the sand is over.

Making the case. Is Barry Bannan the greatest EFL?
