  1. Wilder is a blunt, he's gotta say / do what he's gotta say / do. Historically he has to be seen to be slagging us off, or at least making veiled comments or back handed compliments, but in this snip he at least acknowledges the massive sleeping giant at S6. He was measured and didn't go over the top but he knows football is cyclical, that the piggies are on a downturn and our trajectory is about to change. That must be a scary thought, cos deep down he knows how big we can be. Perhaps he's also trying to repair his reputation from acting like a chav towards Röhl. https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1CoqgvPyDm/
  2. What a great package this is. It's fantastic to see fans being put at the forefront again. This is just the kind of thing that lifts the spirits after so many years of poor treatment by the previous regime.
  3. Well impressed, so many attributes. Skillful, quick, strong positional awareness, distribution, confident and utterly determined defensively. Looks a real prospect.
  4. With you on that, nights like tonight are about celebrating the club and everyone connected to it.
  5. Nicely put mate. Shankly knew what he was talking about.
  6. ...I’ll walk back into Hillsborough for the first time in two and a half years after a self-imposed absence in protest at Chansiri. Driving to work this morning I thought I'd put on a few Wednesday related tunes. Everything was fine until the first few bars of Waterfront came on… and I was gone, absolutely gone. I’d told myself it was just football. That I didn’t really miss it. Maybe it was self preservation, I dunno, but I was wrong. This club has a way of pulling you back, no matter how far you’ve drifted or how much time has gone by. Tonight, I’ll climb the steps onto the North Stand with my young 'un and see that spectacle once again. That light at the end of the tunnel just got a bit brighter and it finally feels like the start of getting this great club back on the right track. Enjoy tonight everyone. Wawaw. And just in case you want a listen...
  7. It was a trap. https://youtu.be/xU5mOT57ghM?si=mLBGEjSAQzeZHevq
  8. It's been 2 years, 5 months and 18 days since my last match. Was totally committed I wouldn't go until the despot went. Very much looking forward to doing what I can to support the club in person again. Starting next Wednesday against Norwich.
  9. Agree. If he acted with any integrity I'd have wished him well. Not now. Despise the man. I hope it costs him an absolute fortune and that he'll never be able to set foot in Sheffield again.
  10. Very sad news, condolences to his family. A man of true class and integrity. Will never forget what he did for this club. RIP Milan.
