I’m thinking of cancelling it but Discoveryplus says I have to do it through BT. On BT website says it can’t get my product details. Apparently on BT you now have to cancel it via phone. Just been on half an hour to have the phone put down on me after saying I want to cancel. Anyone had to deal with this before?
