Appreciate its a long shot but in need of two Customer ID's if anyone has any and isn't making the trip! My mum and uncle have been coming with us to games this season but never registered them as we just bought their tickets. Thanks in advance

Out of interest, how quick did they reply to you on the playoffs email? Me my sister and my mum used to have season tickets but only i've used my ID to book tickets for us since then. I've tried to log in to their IDs that were on the season tickets but it says there's no email address attached to them and that i need to contact the club to sort it (plus the email that i think it would have been attached to is gone as it was my mums old work one). Just wondering if its worth chasing on the phone or being patient with the playoffs@swfc.co.uk email
