Just hope Stoke are doing the same as Preston did last year. Had a good preseason and therefore starting off on a flyer and that this game isn’t a true reflection of the season. If not and Stoke are mid to bottom fodder, we are in the exact trouble we all feared.

Same here. I don’t feel sorry for him one bit. Because he’s had opportunities to change course over the past 10 years and not taken them. In fact he still has opportunities to walk away with something, but continues to ignore logic and keep going down the same path.

At least we know he will be the biggest loser in all this by the end of it. He is going to lose most if not all of his money and will be bankrupt by the end of it. And he will only have himself to blame.

I just can’t help but question some of the things being said by him. Not because I think he is trying to spread misinformation, but because of whole is feeding it to him.

If this is the Walmart guy, hopefully his team has connections with the TUF group and can talk to the rest of the Chansiri family and leave Despot out of the negotiations.

Look I’ll only believe anyone is interested in buying us, when I see a screen shot of a LinkedIn bitching session between said billionaire and Chansiri. At least I then I will know Chancer is engaging.

Wonder if this explains why Chancer’s “friends” were over for Saturday’s game? It seems to appear that Chancer needs to sell and can’t afford to keep the club going on his own. If he’s desperate then he would have to eventually accept a low ball offer, but if he has other financial backers he could either hold out for a better offer or not even sell the club. Or those “friends” have been backing the club from the start and came over to see exactly what the club is worth? If I wanted out and Chancer had rejected a bid, I’d like to see for myself just how low the offer was in comparison to the asset.
