Tickets for this appeared to be available for sale yesterday (and purchasable), but as of this evening, the fixture has now been removed from the ticket website. Anyone know any more? Or should we all go on the assumption that someone pressed a wrong button somewhere?

I just don’t understand what these muppets hope they’ll achieve? Do they really want to turn us into the Lazio of English football, finally have found a means to express their deepest desire to abuse someone (again) or just have a serious deficit between the ears to accommodate. I won’t have been alone last night in just feeling completely helpless as elements of the crowd around me last night tried to turn it into an EDL march from the off…

Bizarrely, some of the same people intent on giving Palmer grief reacted to this visibly with anger. Some serious cognitive dissonance going on.

Was on the North and there were certain groups and individuals intent on giving him a hard time from the off. Wasn’t the odd bad apple and a sizeable minority. Absolute dregs. The hostility towards him grew through the game, especially some of it due to his spat with Bannan. Part of me hopes some of this might have just been people reacting to events, possibly not aware of the context, but I can’t help but think that a fair few were eager to just have a reason to give him a hard time…

My bad… tensions running high. All the same, unreserved apology extended.

Just a friendly suggestion mate. If you are going to use the above as a line of attack against fellow Wednesdayites, please at least draft posts showing some indication that you attended English lessons. Otherwise you makes it all look a tad self-deprecating.

And yes, I am said idiot. As I live well away from Sheffield I only go to home games when back in the city. I have priority points from matches I’ve attended and membership. Therefore I have no idea how this here system works, because I generally haven’t gone to away matches etc. Basically, I understand that I can buy myself a ticket tomorrow… but I have friends and family (with supporter ID) that want to join me who don’t have TPP or membership. Does this mean that I can’t get them a ticket to sit with me tomorrow and they have to wait for their own time slot later in the week? I’d say the system is arcane and confusing, but let’s be honest, it’s probably more me being thick Much appreciated if someone could clarify.
