Have you got onto the owls shop website where you buy tickets?
If yes, you need to click on sign in.
There will be a dropdown box that gives you the option of signing in method.
Enter the Id, name and postcode of said Id holder.
Click on matchday tickets.
It will then give you the option of quick seats or choose your seat.
Once you have chosen your seat click on basket.
Follow the instructions and make sure you click the box that says print ticket or pick up at the gate.
Failing that get grandad or Neil to help
