It's not just us. Three of my non-Wednesdayite mates ordered shirts online yesterday. There's very much a feeling of "The bad guy has been beaten" here.
Richey Humphreys. Looked so good for those first few months. The chip against Leicester remains my all time favourite Wednesday goal. Apparently Waddle had really looked after him and when he left he lost a lot of his confidence. Real shame. He had a full career in the football league so fair play to him but you just wonder what he could've been.
Also, O'Neill Donaldson was putting up insane numbers in the reserves in the mid nineties but Pleat stuck with Mark Bright who looked like he was pulling a cart at that point in his career.
3 September 1996. Maths exam at school. The teacher invigilating was a Wednesdayite called Mr Beer. As he walked past my desk he slipped me a little note.

I think it would be a great idea if the likes of The Times, Guardian, Sky Sports, Athletic etc could be in there to bring mainstream coverage of his insanity to the world but he wouldn't let them in anyway.
