  1. I'm not a religious man, but as a Wednesday fan and a massive follower of the Tigers I'm starting to wonder if I have upset someone upstairs! Left us feeling a bit sombre since the news has come out that there's potential the speedway could be going. It was a good distraction from all things happening at Wednesday, so it's gutting to have both in a dire position. Just hope there's some good news for both clubs soon.
  2. Not thrown away- but I had a Wednesday x Denmark 86/88 shirt was an absolute beauty and I managed to lose it on a stag in prague
  3. It was ths same about 2 season back when we played Cardiff. I'd given my son a fiver to get a programme and it was only when we was sat down I'd clocked what he'd been given. Felt absolutely fleeced!
  4. 5% and an admin fee is hardly breaking the bank and we need to keep a physical presence especially at away game and keep us in the public eye. The media attention we've got from both Leicester and Wrexham match is absolutely invaluable and it's only happened through people showing up and showing their displeasure.
  5. I've seen a few of them dotted about and have only seen them with the original nameset
  6. Because clearly Chansiri doesn't give a fizz. We damage a brand that's in his families name might just get someone in his ear.
  7. But we can do more. I personally hide all the tins of john west under the shelves when I go to shops
  8. I thought about this. When we went after TUF last time we got a pretty quick response- so it clearly irked someone.
  9. Ah fair enough then. Straight from the elephants mouth.
  10. Don't be daft. How the heck am I deflecting blame? If you'd actually read the first post I've clearly put he's the biggest problem. There's no doubt to that. However there's a lot wrong in the club- it can't just be the fat lad at the top causing all the misery. There has to be accountability for those who are just below DC as to why this has been allowed to deteriorate over the years.
  11. Never said it weren't but my point is the people at the very top of the club must have been aware of what's gone on over the years or played a part in all this. I get he's the biggest problem, no ones disputing that, but there's people who are below him that I feel have questions to be answered in their part of all this
  12. I'm not saying there's anyone high than him. But there must be others apart of this all going to poo .
  13. I know Chansiri is the biggest culprit in all this and then his rat pal Paxo. But surely a club the size of ours isn't run by one moron. There's got to be people higher up the pecking order in the club that can be part to blame for what's happened to the club. Obviously for the majority of the staff working day in and day out they're absolutely exempt from any criticism- but surely those at the very top deserve some criticism for how the clubs been run into the ground.
  14. I have absolutely no recollection of Harris ever playing for us....
  15. You absolutely can. Just need some common sense and good advisors. Neither of which Chansiri has.
  16. Agreed. testicles to the turning ours backs and lifting up pamphlets. Time to get proper with the protests, hit the fat c*** where it hurts him.
  17. I'm not going till he's gone. Spoke to my lad today about it and he's gutted but he gets it. Loves going to support the Wednesday, but I'm not putting another penny in that blokes pockets. I've always had to pick and choose my matches with the prices of the games, but i been incredibly fortunate that there's been a lot of generous members on this forum that have given or cut us a deal - without them we wouldn't have been able to go to half as many games as we did last season. One of my big hopes is whoever takes over next will look to make it more affordable- i can't tell you how shyte it is as a parent to have to say no to going because you can't afford it, especially when his mates who are blunts are able to with no bother. Little bit less drama would be appreciated as well
  18. Seems mad to me the amount of shyte Symon gets from some of the fans base. From way he comes across he's got the best interest of the club at heart.
  19. Fantastic speech by Chris there. Glad he said about the ridiculous prices we pay to support ours club
  20. One thing I feel that mustn't be forgotten at the end of all this is the absolute radio silence from some of these 'fans groups'- Wednesdayite have got over 34k followers on x and have chosen to sit back and say nothing. When we get a new ownership and whenever it may happen, these groups don't deserve to reap the rewards.
  21. The resin table is up there in owlstalk history alongside Henfleet, the misspelled tattoo, and Prince Zola
  22. This is the one that gets me most. I know we've got a bloody lot of fake sponsors, but how does this look to any potential sponsors. Posters with sponsors that are two seasons old plastered all over the stadium. A company that's not putting any money into the club, but host & stay are still getting the publicity. It might seem something small but it looks so shoddy when you've got companies shelling out lots of money for this poo .
  23. Load of brown nosers. Saw plenty rocking the yellow (including me and my son) read the room wednesdayite, it's time for chansiri to go
