I think there are some big differences here.
For starters, the non playing staff don't tend to sign lucrative contracts. He's put pen to paper to commiting to his job for so many years, and gets handsomely rewarded for it!
That's different to your average employee that only needs to give a month's notice.
Secondly, it seems like he wanted to go on to do better things and work at a higher level. So the way he has mentioned other jobs, while still contracted to wednesday is a little unprofessional in my opinion.
Thirdly, he's the leader. The manager....and yet he can't turn up to take training on the first day?
I'd hazard a guess most other employees of the club have turned up, noticeably Bannan.....but obviously many others!
So yeah, I have questions!
But I'm not against him or anything.
My initial reaction was actually relief!
I think all Wednesday fans should be glad to have such a good manager back with us.
Just my thoughts!
