  1. Yeh they were organised, worked hard enough etc... but their quality at the right moments is what did a job on us. Whether we like it or not, how many of our players get into their squad (not even first 11)...Bannan, Amass? Maybe Lowe on the bench? It was there for them on a plate today as long as they put in a competent performance and took their opportunities which they did (apart from a couple), the least surprising derby day result in decades.
  2. Fight is great, but united didn't beat us because they had more fight, they beat us because they had significantly more quality.
  3. Many of them are professional footballers of a League 1/2 standard against a team with parachute payments and some big signings and top end Championship quality. Sure they could have done better but they were up against it before the whistle to kick off was even blown.
  4. I know the result is really crap but think we've been lucky to not be on the end of a truly historical hammering.
  5. The lack of effort at the end to get back and defend was unacceptable, regardless of circumstances... could and probably should have been 5 nil.
  6. I'm not saying the minutes argument is irrelevant, I'm saying choosing between two duds is irrelevant... they're both crap and we need much, much better.
  7. Irrelevant argument, they're both crap. Neither offers us anything up front and both need shipping out.
  8. The urgency of our team to get back then... good God. How haven't they scored then. Pathetic
  9. Well we've got to play one of them unfortunately and at least Ugbo has, many moons ago, scored goals in this league
  10. Mcneill never does anything to justify a start when he plays, poor. Might be worth a shot in League 1 but even then not sure he's upto standard
  11. And what a lovely tackle from Valery on Seriki, beautiful to see
  12. Textbook definition of going through the motions most of the time. Has he ever broke a sweat?
  13. Just pitiful quality from front to back, the least surprising outcome for many, many years.
  14. Both RΓΆhl and now Pedersen have preferred Ugbo to Cads or McNeill, there must be some reason. Personally think Mcneill offers nothing, Cads is the only contender to take Ugbo's shirt. In short, all our options up front are crap for a Championship team.
  15. Amass and Ingelsson giving it a go, the rest have been very meh and that's being polite.
  16. Fusire second touch been a tackle this half, very frustrating
