2nd half v Yeovil away. Following a midweek mauling at Stevenage, it would have been easy for the players to think all the world was against them after that "GOAL". Instead it galvanised the players, staff & supporters and from that point the team spirit seemed better than at any point previous. A togetherness which was so evident in the closing matches of the season.

All the above could have been avoided with stronger stewarding & policing. It was always going to create problems having unreserved seating on a sell out. wee wee heads arriving at five to three expecting to sit with their 20 drink filled mates. Where I was in the stand, the hoardings pulled off at the back of the stand was the action of people who were stood in the gangway who were no where near a seat. These scum bags should have been moved to a seat or out of the stadium as soon as they arrived. The stewards were too weak & should have got the police involved. People were just walking up the gangways smoking & swilling their pints down ,with no intervention from anyone in authority. Not condoning what went off, but having travelled watching Wednesday for 40 years you get to know how to avoid certain situations in advance.
