    It was something along the lines. Increase concession prices to 150% of adult prices until I qualify for a concession, then reduce them to 50%.

    The EFL can’t stop us signing anybody. What it can and is doing, is refusing to register any new players. Unregistered players can’t play in competitive games. Coaches don’t need registering.
