  1. Unfortunately Monks style, if he has one, doesnt suit many of the fans, either !
  2. If we are talking about the Yorkshire ridings - Sheffield = West Riding
  3. They are Yorkshire mate. You arent very good at geography, that's all......
  4. I wish Garry Monk would resign.......
  5. I can understand that. I used to think he was overrated. Never went so far as "dogs abuse", though.
  6. I think it's disgusting that Jordan Rhodes, (A lovely fella) as you say, is only paid £1400 per year.... It's not even the minimum wage. Poor Bloke ! Even if you consider him a "has-been" He is undoubtedly being Exploited..... Justice and a FAIR WAGE for Jordan, that's what I say !
  7. And just for the sake of "Balance " - It sums up most women under 30 when they're with their mates , too......
  8. Dejected supporters .... Loyal to the club, but feeling exploited and undervalued by those running the club . It's not just the Blades either..... Its looks like Leeds united will be in the premier league next season as well.... It really isn't a good time to be a Sheffield Wednesday supporter...
  9. Neil warnock is a first class man manager. He is also a first class wind up merchant. Unfortunately, many on owlstalk allow themselves to be "wound up". Neil warnock would get me back to Hillsborough.........
  10. Why bring DONALD TRUMP into it ?
  11. It's very early, bit I think iv'e just heard the first CUCKOO of spring...
  12. Maybe we could have a few games of Bingo.......
  13. But of course, you would say that, wouldnt you.......
  14. It certainly would be a good thing if we won........ But I honestly cant remember a time (except possibly the 70's) when I've felt so disillusioned, supporting Sheffield Wednesday........ For all his faults, Carlos, in his first season, gave us, not only, exciting, quality football, but real Hope for the future. It was a great time to support Sheffield Wednesday. Since that time, things have slowly and painfully turned sour, on and off the field. I class myself as an optimist, but I'm struggling to find much to be optimistic about at the present time.
