There's enough extremely well-off people in Vancouver (and Toronto where prices are just as stupid, for this first round of sales), and the games that limiting within Canada, that they will sell out - and the dynamic pricing will gouge away (sly Pixies reference). Shame, really. I had wanted to go - to any game in Toronto, but my pockets definitely have bottoms to them.
