I think it’s time for us all to think less about our own personal preferences and more about what’s right for the club. Id prefer we stay and rebuild, but is that the right thing to do, will it get us where we need to be to attract the next generation of fans?

I’ve long thought that there are so many imaginative architectural solutions to new stadiums that could nod to the past. I love the profile of the south stand / grandstand. Imagine if the stadium could be redeveloped with 3 new stands that all complement it

I think a modern stadium that nods to a cities industrial past could be incredible if well executed. But that’s not it. You can’t just bolt some chimneys onto a modern stadium design and call it a good un.
