  1. To use a term used, it's definitely a wheeler....
  2. Terrible shame and hope he recovers soon Been brilliant for us, and wish him a quick recovery... After Jan 31st though
  3. Wm lee was a contributor to avfteb, I don't know why I remember his name, but I do (I think) I'm certain many years ago on here, someone had said he had sadly passed away though
  4. No mate he has nothing to do with that, or didn't the last I knew him
  5. To me it wasn't going in till it otegbayo, but yeah blame the keeper
  6. I've known Peter a few years, he is a nice bloke. He has a Hoyland owls flag, that I believe he takes to away matches or he did As I said above, I loved avfteb, so I may give this a read at some point. He asked for non Chansiri stuff if I remember,as he wanted it light hearted and not a depressing read
  7. TBF he did avfteb and that was excellent If I went to games and saw it, I'd buy it.
  8. I don't think it's mark bright, I'll have to look for my autograph book as Phil king and Paul Williams signed it at the same time, as they turned up in same car
  9. I'm 99 certain it's Paul Williams not warhurst.
  10. Could have been man it'd Shame as I would have liked to go, but hey ho another boycott it is
  11. They've been like this for years on cup games I've got a few and to be fair, it's good for keeping your secret stash of money in as it's folded on a few sides and it looks just like a programme
  12. I'm gutted I missed that game last night with my lads. Due to life and stupid costs, I can only afford cup games and my lads have never been to a derby match I'm still 100% happy with our decision to boycott and will do regardless of who we get in the next round I see ensuring we have a club for them to support is more important. We will have other derbies, other games that they can watch in the future with me (iif we can defund him) so that's my stance for the record Let's keep boycotting
  13. We did watch Worsborough bridge last season and we enjoyed it, and there wasn't a lot isk that they would lose interest in weds watching a pyramid 11ish team. It did give us the football vibes though, so that's a thought
  14. I suppose I'm lucky as such as my kids influential early years were in Carlos's time and we used to watch the YouTube videos etc and have a singsong in the house Imo just keep watching together when you can at home and when it's in your blood, it's in your blood TBF being a weds fan feels like a bloody virus
  15. I put on the original post that I told my 14 and 12 year old we wouldn't be going We normally go to cup matches, one cos of the pricing and 2 I use to work a lot of Saturdays (finishes in 3 weeks) When they got back from 2 weeks at their mum's they both begged me to take them to the game, once again I explained why we can't attend They understood but are really upset about it, but I'm doing it so they have a club to support in the future and did explain this
