the massive sticking point is he does not see his errors so actually thinks we are all in the wrong...genuinely dont think his intentions are to be in this position and strip club but he cant see how much harm hes doing. definitely dont think you could force him out unless however he is funding us is pulled

i want anyone to succeed. tbh knew nothing about him before he came but unless hes skint then why would you take job unless you have some fire and think you can have success. Also if he took job on false promises then surely anyone(unless absolute charlatan) would walk.having a disaster on your cv isn't good and facing absolute dogs abuse each week and feeling like you cant achieve anything surely drive you to just walk. lets be honest the want for the team succeed clouds a lot of people assessment...personally would be happy with 4 bottom..obviously want more but honestly think it would be an achievement. The manager should be judged IMO oct onwards its painful but lets all be honest him to walk in change everything and have instant success never happen..also he is being dragged into stuff out his control or doing like marv debacle. genuinely think he feels he could do something at s6 and long term could work out well....its if he gets the chance

i absolutely agree but when he came in did we put this as a priority or did we just hope that he blow millions tobtake us to the promise land be ause he loved the club and the people that are at its core? dont get me wrong am i happy with him no do i want more for our club of course but when we went to final against hull home many people where slating him? footballs a fickle thing and what drives this is the people that if they had the opportunity/money would want to think they do a much better job. Ok so we all want better for our club but tbh we need take the blue and white tinted glasses off. the chairman has dropped some major clangers but did anyone really think he love the club like us? unfortunately the reality check is that staying up is an achievement. what its worth tbh most thought he was going be what we hoped. lots were praising him etc so its not that he cant do it just seems imo that he can loose a dressing room or make enemies. i would like to think that players are not playing to get him sack but things seemed to change over night and his tactic become erratic. Looked nervous from limited highlights but who wouldn't be. attitude seems amazing seems excited and grateful for the chance he has and seems to understand that millions would love for the chance he has. Think he could be moulded into something good for the team

Exactly he's amazing at times but will have off days but would rather have him than not. We are a championship club with dreams of grandeur but now where near would love to know you we can bring in with his experience and ability. I might be wrong but also does nit seem like an old timer picking his wage and not giving a dam but dont know so my be wrong
