  1. Feels so symbolic. Like all our hope has flickered out. Thank you, and RIP Milan.
  2. My advice would be to steer clear of it. You can easily get sucked into the dregs of humanity on there.
  3. The Owls playing at Owlerton. Perfect! May as well throw Dave Allen into the mix with all the Dave Richardses...
  4. That's my point, some people do take these things too seriously. Feeds into the magic roundabout painting crew... You could have mentioned that Yisa Aloa is a Mexborough lad.
  5. The 'real' Yorkshire names angle is pretty lame. Especially in the current climate. WTF has that got to do with two academy lads doing so well?
  6. Shearer & Sutton? This is getting weirder and weirder.
  7. Portsmouth win, with -1 handicap is 6/4 Make your money and save it for when we've got our Wednesday back.
  8. Vere Road has been home for my parents for 40+ years. It's not just about money.
  9. A CPO on housing isn't befitting of any club that has local community at its heart.
  10. What's our club record winless streak? Currently on 9 (with the 2 draws from end of last season). Imagine there's quite a way to go yet. BTW, not a knock at Pedersen/players, this is all on Chansiri.
  11. My dad's Spanish and followed Cádiz in his youth. He's football mad (whereas my mum's English side of the family have not interest in it at all). So, he encouraged me to get into the beautiful game. I lived in the shadow of the ground on Vere Road, so it was a no-brainer which games he'd take me to. Plus majority of my school mates were Wednesday. He's gone on to become a true Owl, through and through, like me. CHANSIRI OUT
  12. Who needs a solid business strategy when you've got a rabbit's foot and some lucky match day pants?
  13. Cue boomers on the Sheffield Star Facebook page losing their minds that this place isn't as good as some greasy spoon circa 1974.
  14. ** puts hand up**
